Great Job Washing Dishes - Broken Rack 5 Months
We loved how this dishwasher performed. Completely washed baked on food, dried all the way without spots, very quiet. But the top rack support broke after only 5 months. Come on KitchenAid, you do this for a living. I replaced my old machine because it had become a repair hog. I expect this $1100 machine to at least make it through the warranty period. Shame on you.

Very Poor quality
Very poor quality. All of the plastic components in the unit became brittle and are now breaking after only about 6 months of use. I will never buy another KitchenAid.
