This was my first time using Amazon, and I was very pleased. The product arrived as scheduled, and the cooktop has performed as advertised. It is a little hard to keep the area around the knobs clean, but we expected this to be the case. Otherwise, no complaints.

Timely arrival. The unit was very easy to self install. Once installed it looks great and is easy to use. I would recommend getting the manufacturers surface cleaner. The cleaner does an excellent job. After nine months of use it developed a problem with the high temp burner control. I called the manufacturer and they sent a repair person to replace the part at no charge under the warranty. I am very satisfied with this product and the manufacturers support.
