really the only minus I have is the picture is incorrect. this part does not have a metal mounting bracket. this may cause confusion.
Works as described....however,
The assembly works perfectly with the washer. The reason I purchased this one was because the unit that came with the washer had broken. There was an engineered flaw that caused the plastics tabs on the back of the unit to break when too much torque was applied. I had purchased this unit noticing that there was a metal backing which would have been perfect. The metal backing did not come!!!!! It installed just fine and the price was right. I just wish the picture was more accurate.
