I purchased this unit, took out my old one. Taking out old one was a little chore.Installing this uint was very easy. Easy to understand directions. Does a great job cleaning and very quite. I don't even rinse of dishes,dried on foods come right off with steam setting. "I don't believe I should have to rinse dishes before placing in dishwasher."
