I was contacted by JB Hunt a few days after ordering the Amana Dishwasher. The representative was very friendly, very professional, told me the first available day she had for the installation and asked me if that day would be convenient for me. She then told me to expect an automated call the day before delivery to confirm the date and it would also give me a time window of morning or afternoon. I did receive that call which also gave me an 800# if I needed to change anything. I then received a call from the driver the morning of the installation saying they would be at my home within 30 minutes. He was right on time!
