We bought this because the price was right. I'm glad we did. It seems to work fine. As others have said the lights are not very bright but I have good kitchen lighting so its not really a problem. It's very quiet. The buttons are "touch" control and sometimes I have to touch them more than once to make it obey but not really a problem either. It is very quiet and and so far it removes all cooking odors and steam. I would recommend it.
