Same Problems
I had the same problem as others. The repair service got the leak kit, replaced the computer board, etc. Finally, the 3rd or 4th visit, he ordered a sensor (which he didn't understand wasn't part of the leak sensing kit), and it's been working for about 5 months straight now.

Why did we ever buy this peice of junk?
We bought three electrolux appliances 4 year ago for our new house, including this dishwasher. Within two years the electrical panel "corroded" on the dishwasher (the repair guy said it was typ for this model, water gets in to it because of the poor design). Electrolux gave us a replacement panel in "good faith" for free, we had to pay the install. Two weeks ago it failed again - same problem, the panel "corroded". And the ice/water dispenser doesn't work on the fridge either now (same problem, panel corroded) so we can't use the ice maker which by the way is broken as well (really!). Our only choice is to a. pay $300 dollars for the part (278.31 plus shipping)and pay some guy $130 to install it OR b. pay $340.00 for an extended service agreement which won't cover the parts and labor for this problem, only one that may occur (and it will) for three years starting April 6. As for the fridge, parts for panel and ice maker would be $330.00, service warranty on...

Expensive junk
Buying the "top of the line" dishwasher I thought I'd have a good one that would last a good 10 years. Thirteen months after buying the pump went out and was replaced. The service man was able to help us get Electrolux to pay for the part. Now, three years later, the same problem, no water pumping into machine. Service guy replaced pump and still wouldn't work. He called Electrolux & they said it must be a "board" because then he couldn't get it to power up. Board was replaced to tune of $328, and it worked after much finagling by repairman ( he was ready to throw his hands in the air on this one). The day after the repair I went to wash dishes and no water will pump into the machine again! Now the repair guy will be coming to pull the machine & bring to shop & try to find the problem. My husband called Electrolux & they will not stand behind their products, stock answer is buy the warranties every year! I also have an Electolux 30" wall oven bought at the same...
