Dacor Renaissance 24 In. Stainless Steel Built Dishwasher - EDWH24S
TERRIBLE!
I purchased this dishwasher in January thinking I was buying a "top of the line" unit yet problems arose in less than 2 months of using it and there are only 3 of us in my home ! I contacted Dacor due to warranty offered and have had a repairman at the house 3x over the course of the past two months- new board installed, various parts installed (thermistor), diagnostic tests ran and they still can not get the drain to stop running or a cycle to stop - we have to hit our circuit breaker to stop it from running otherwise it will go on for days. The last visit we had I was told Dacor's tech line stated this model is so new they did not upload technical support answers therefore he could help the onsite repairman and due to this he is unable to fix the unit!
Numerous calls to Dacor made since this is obviously a lemon and they continue to send people to the house to try to repair it. NEVER again will I buy this line of products - maybe its just this particular dishwasher...
